Gabriele Randlshofer

Since November 2005, Gabriele Randlshofer has been Managing Director of the IPA, with responsibilities for
the development and implementation of the overall
strategy, business plan and annual budget, and
management of the association’s project and daily
administrative work. Furthermore, she represents the
IPA with International stakeholders and forges ties with other metals and mining associations, including the European Precious Metals Federation (EPMF) and the German Fachvereinigung Edelmetalle.

Previously Gabriele ran her own agency, COMMcreativ, a full-service PR agency focussing on the IT industry before becoming Managing Director of the Munich office and the technology practice of a global PR communications company. Prior to this, Gabriele held several positions in an international management consultancy with national and international assignments.

Tania Bossi
Communications Manager

Tania Bossi is the IPA Communications Manager,
a position she has held since July 2006. Tania is
responsible for internal and external communications,
producing IPA publications, editing the website and
newsletters. Furthermore, she assists the Managing
Director in running members meetings and
committee work.

From 2003 to 2006 she worked as a PR consultant at an international communications agency, where she was responsible for PR consulting and client servicing, developing and implementing communications plans, CEO positioning, event organization and management, and the editing of PR texts.

Previously, Tania worked at the Centre for Applied Policy Research, a policy think tank, where she was involved in the development of strategic concepts and policy consultation at the European level, focusing on Europe’s future, European integration, the reform structure and policy development in the European Union.
